We
will conduct your search by:
I. Developing an Understanding of your Organization
We will listen to you, and other key colleagues you designate,
to understand the history, structure, and operations of your
organization. With your help, we will seek to obtain a profile
of the personal characteristics of successful people within your
company. In addition, we would like to receive relevant documents,
including compensation and benefit data, annual reports, company
literature, and organization charts. It is important we have
a grasp of your company’s culture, operations and objectives
before we begin to discuss the position with prospective candidates.
 II. Developing a Position Specification
Upon request, we can develop a position specification based upon
our discussions with you. This will include the title, essential
responsibilities, reporting relationships, special challenges,
compensation, education, and experience required to meet your
desired performance criteria. This position description will
serve as a guide in determining whom we will contact and present
to you during the course of our search.

III. Identifying Qualified Candidates
We will initiate a search to locate persons whose qualifications
and experience match your requirements.
Our experience indicates that many successful candidates are not
proactively looking for a career move. To overcome this difficulty,
our practice is to research appropriate organizations to locate
individuals who meet your position specification. We look for individuals
who have demonstrated patterns of accomplishment and success in
positions that closely match your requirements. We contact these
individuals, as well as those listed in our nationwide database
and other confidential files on a direct inquiry basis. This process
is designed to yield a pool of qualified candidates who are compared
and evaluated competitively against each other.

IV. Interviewing Candidates to Determine Strengths and
Weaknesses
We conduct in-depth interviews with the candidates to obtain a
realistic understanding of their accomplishments, capabilities,
and potential. We also evaluate candidates to determine any limitations
they could potentially bring to the position. We will present
the past work experience and education for each candidate whom
we recommend that you interview.

V. Presenting the Best-Qualified Candidates
The final individuals whom we believe to be qualified for this
position will be presented to you for your consideration. Clients
always make the final selection of candidates to interview and
hire.

VI. Conducting Reference Checks on Qualified
Candidates
It is our normal practice to speak directly with individuals who
either are currently or have previously been in a position to evaluate
the candidate's performance on the job. Confidential references
summarizing our findings may be presented to you upon request.
We seek out candid, independent assessments of an individual’s
strengths and weaknesses and his suitability for a particular
position.
